Joe Natoli

Executive Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions

Joe has been in the financial sector bringing products and services to the market for over 30 years. He served as an active voting director for numerous companies such as Retriever Payment Systems and National Processing Company, two of the nation’s largest independent sales organizations serving the credit card industry. He also worked for First National Bank of Omaha, a large regional bank out of Omaha Nebraska, and Vantiv, the nation’s largest credit card processor.


Joe also served as a voting director for Commercial State Bank of Texas, Merchant Town USA, and Ballistic Technologies. Joe has been a member of the Electronic Transaction Association (ETA) for over 20 years, where he served on many committees including Chairman of the Planning Committee, and Chairman of the Strategic Leadership Committee. Joe was one of the five industry experts picked to help write the questions for the certification process for individuals to earn the designation “Certified Payment Professional” (C.P.P.), the current industry test.

Joe has authored numerous articles on go-to-market strategies, as well as being a presenter at the Electronic Transaction Association annual meeting where over 3,000 people attend, his contributions have earned him the coveted one of the top three members of the year award twice.
