Non-Tech roles: No one likes a lengthy interview process. At Payroc, you can typically expect three different stages in the interview process:

Resume screening by answering a few questions to see if you’re the right fit for the role;
A pre-screen interview with the recruiter to find out more about the role; this generally lasts 20-30 minutes
A final interview with the hiring manager and extended team to determine if you’re the RocStar we’re looking for, focusing on behavioral and functional specific questions.

If your role is deemed to be eligible to be 100% remote, you will be provided with a company laptop as well as additional peripherals to get your home office up and running. In addition to the equipment provided, you will also receive a home office allowance to customize your workspace and make it your new favorite place to work.
